We discovered the café by chance and came back again because it was unfortunately closed. The selection of cakes is amazing, the pieces are huge. We had Irish coffee and coffee with Baileys to drink. It was all so delicious that we had to go back 2 days later.

The service team is very friendly and thoughtful in the current situation. The cakes are a dream. But not heavy in the stomach. You could also do two pieces. A visit is recommended

Never before experienced that guests have to stand in front of locked shop doors. Only when you are tempted to open the door will you be noticed by the waitress and moaned in an unfriendly manner, as if touching the doorknob would be punished. Better a few streets further on the Müritz. At least you have a nicer view and definitely friendlier staff!

When visiting Waren, Dat Tortenhus is a must !! Huge cakes, very good coffee, a great atmosphere. You should be there 5 minutes before the opening, otherwise there is a risk of waiting

The staff was friendly and worked quickly. The coffee was delicious and the cakes looked good. Since I haven't tried them, I can't judge their quality.

The cakes are just super delicious! :) And I also found the rose lemonade very delicious! We were there punctually at 1 p.m. (on a Wednesday) and got a place for two without any problems (despite the current Corona intervals). It wasn't too crowded either, individual tables were still free the whole time, but that could also be due to the current Corona situation ... at least we didn't see anyone waiting in front of the door ...

We really liked it here at the Tortenhus. It opens at 1 p.m. and you have to stand there, otherwise you won't get a seat because you are not allowed to reserve. It's definitely worth a visit! The atmosphere is nice and the staff very friendly. The cake selection is great and our cakes were delicious! 😍I can only recommend the Tortenhus! A visit is definitely worth it! 😊

great ambience, very cozy. Very friendly service. Good Corona concept - therefore a bit of waiting time quickly, but it's worth it. 1 point deduction - no vegan offer or something dairy-free. Neither almond / soy ... milk. No cookies, cakes, etc. A shame and not entirely up to date.

Super delicious, huge high cakes. And the coffee is also a pleasure. The ambience is great and the staff really nice and friendly. It was a great way to end our vacation.
